Welcome to Glow. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

Glow is an AI-powered wardrobe styling app that helps you create outfits from your existing clothing. We provide outfit suggestions, weather-based recommendations, and social coordination features.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use Glow. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Glow.

3. Subscriptions

• Glow offers a free tier with limited features (3 outfit generations per day).
• Premium subscriptions are available as monthly ($9.99/mo) or annual ($79.99/yr) plans.
• New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. Payment is charged through Apple.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos and data you upload to Glow. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing our services (e.g., AI identification, background removal, outfit generation).

5. AI-Generated Content

Outfit suggestions are generated by AI and are provided as recommendations only. We do not guarantee that suggestions will be suitable for all occasions, weather conditions, or personal preferences. Use your own judgment.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
• Use automated tools to access the service.

7. Friend Features

When you connect with friends, you consent to sharing your daily outfit choices with them. You can remove friends or make your daily outfit private at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Glow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to outfit choices, missed events, or social situations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting caden@myglowstylist.com.
